Brad Schneider

Started playing Dartball with his family around 1985 at the age of 11 years old in the Kewaunee Dartball League. In 2000 he moved to Green Bay for work and started playing in the Green Bay leagues. Many years he batted over .500, with his highest so far of .588 in 2020 in the Green Bay Dartball 7 man League. In that same year he led the Green Bay Tuesday night Holy Name League in average (.547), hits (332), RBI’s (226) and triples (131). Has been on numerous league champions in both leagues. Brad has been on 7 class A state championship teams, the last 6 with Pete & Sons, as well as 2 state 4 man championship teams.

Dave Ackermann

Started playing Dartball in a church league with his father in 1985 at the age of 30. He has shot in church leagues and various 4-man leagues in Milwaukee, with a lifetime average of .550 over 40 years, with his highest league average of .615. Dave has been on 7 Class A state champion teams with Hickory Inn and Hoenecke Painting. He has also won other tournaments and has been on 13 league champion teams. Dave’s character and sportsmanship, as well as his integrity and respect for others are what embodies the best values of Dartball.

Doug Fiedler

Started playing Dartball at age 14 in 1977. Doug has played in the Hillcrest 4 man League. He still plays in the Kettle Moraine Dartball League, the Country Dartball League, and a Monday night 4 man league which he has been running for the past 20+ years. Doug has won numerous RBI titles and batting average titles in all the leagues he has played in. His average has been consistently between .450 and .550, with his highest average of .551 in the Hillcrest 4-man League. He has held multiple offices in the leagues in which he has played. He was a member of 3 Class B State 4 man championship teams in 2017, 2019, and 2022. He was also a member of 2 Class B state 9 man championship teams in 1988 and 2017. He also helped his Dartball Hall of Fame Father Erv Fiedler with building new boards and maintenance of old boards for a number of years. Doug was also a MVP of the Country Dartball League.

James Hoenecke

Started playing Dartball in 1977 at the age of 14, after watching his brother John play for the church league team. Since his father was the pastor for the church, he was able to practice in the church, near his house. In his 2nd year of playing in the church league he won the high average award at age 15. Jim has been a career .500+ shooter since, with a high average of .620 in 1983. Over the years he has played in the Wisconsin Lutheran Dartball League, the Blackhawk Dartball League, the Eastern Wisconsin Dartball League, the Interdenominational Dartball League, the Cool City Dartball League, and the South Milwaukee 4 man League. In addition, he still plays in the Rock River 4 man League and the Jefferson County Dartball League. Jim has won the clutch 2 man tournament and the 4 man classic tournament run in Milwaukee each year. He has won some high average and RBI titles in some of the leagues he has played.  He was a Class A state champion in 2009 with Hickory Inn, and a team sponsor and Class A champion with the Hoenecke Painting teams in 2017 and 2024.

Kevin Kiesow

Started playing Dartball in 1984 at the age of 11 years old after watching both his parents play locally and in many tournaments. He started playing in the Oshkosh Sacred Heart Friday night league with his dad, brother, uncles and cousins. Eventually he was the league secretary for 9 seasons, and then became the league President in 2004, and he still holds that title. In addition to running the league, he runs the year end league tournament every year, named for his father, Dave Kiesow. Kevin has been part of many league championship teams over the years. He has also played in the Monday night Lutheran League and the Sacred Heart Thursday night league, and held officer titles in both of those leagues. Kevin has many seasons batting over .500. with his highest league average of .548 in 1998. In 2005 Kevin became a member of the state Dartball committee, and then helped bring the state tournament to Oshkosh in 2006 and it has been held there every few years since. He has also helped bring the state 4 man tournament to Oshkosh several times. Kevin has also been part of 7 Class A state championship teams, the first with the Castaways in 1990, and the rest with the Pete & Sons team.

Steve Marotz

Started playing Dartball in 1961 at the age of 12 years old. He continues to play in 3 leagues: the Eastern Wisconsin Lutheran League, the Interdenominational League, and the Sheboygan County Seniors League. He has been and continues to be a team captain and/or a league officer for over 45 years. Steve was inducted into the EWLDL hall of fame in 2014. He has over 40 years batting .480 or over, with a high of .602 in 1993. Most years he has batted 3rd or 4th for his teams, and had a high of 261 RBI’s in one season, and 23 RBI’s in ONE game. In addition to many high RBI titles, he has won 6 league batting titles, and won a class A state championship with Chissy’s Pub in 1993. He has also been on many league championship teams.

Terry Albrecht

Terry began playing Dartball in the Chippewa Valley Church League in 1974 at the age of 11 years old. His first dart of his first at bat resulted in a home run! Terry has played continuously in the Chippewa Valley Church league from 1974 to the present, and the Eau Claire Commercial League from 1982 to present. In the church league he has had a season average over .500 13 times, with a high of .615 in 2019. In the commercial league, he has had a season average over .500 30 times with a high of .619 in 1997.

Terry has won a Class A state championship with Gerhard’s Plumbing as well as many league championships. He has also won multiple awards in the leagues for high average, most hits, most RBI’s and most triples.

Terry was inducted into the Diamond of Honor Club in the Chippewa Valley Church League, a designation for those that have played Dartball for more than 50 seasons. He has been a long time team captain and served as league President and secretary. He also founded the Dartball Club at Eau Claire North high school, helping bring many new players into the game.

Terry Sauerbrei

Started playing Dartball in the Manchester Church League at the age of 14. He has also played in the Ripon 4 man and 9 man leagues, and the Sacred Heart 3, 4, and 7 man leagues over the years. Many years he batted in the high 400’s. Between 1977 and 2001 he batted between .500 and .612, including 4 times over .600, with a high of .612 in 1992. Terry was captain of many league and tournament teams, and was on the 1990 Class A state champion Castaway team. He has also won quite a few shoot off and high qualifier trophies. He was also on teams that won the Oshkosh Eagles Tournament. Terry also worked for Sam Holmes for many years, cutting and wiring between 8,000 -10,000 dart boards.
